10/10 Would recommend trying out the Private Wellness Studio that No Filter Fitness has. It was absolutely an incredible hour well spent. When I walked in the lights were off and it was cool in the studio. I was overwhelmed with joy. It was quiet. No extra people eyeing my goods while I got it together and chose my workout. Win! I was so excited to use the Tonal. I did a nice lower mobility workout for a good 29 minutes and then used the Sauna for 10. No interruptions from kids! I kept the lights off to keep the lower light vibe instead of head banging lights and enjoyed some healing music while in the sauna. It was amazing! My heart was so happy afterwards. I plan to make this a part of my wellness routine. All the different ways I can utilize this space is what is making me so excited it's an option here in Fallon now. I've been looking for something extra in addition to my daily walks. This is exactly what I've been wanting.
