Cancellation Policies

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to other clients and our instructors, you must cancel your reserved spot in class 8 hours before your scheduled class to avoid penalties. No-shows or failure to cancel within the 8-hour window means you forfeit your class (one class is removed from your class pack) and will not be refunded. If you have the unlimited monthly membership, the cancellation fee will be $10.

 

Once purchased, class packs cannot be refunded. If you would like to pass your class pack to another person, we're happy to do a one-time transfer for you.

PRIVATE WELLNESS SUITE CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to other clients, you must cancel your reserved spot in the Wellness Suite 12 hours before your scheduled time to avoid penalties. No-shows or failure to cancel within the 12-hour window means you forfeit your booking and will not be refunded. If you have an unlimited monthly subscription, you will be charged $20 per no-show or cancellation.
